Submission of paper must be in full manuscript with no more than 12 pages. Only electronic submissions via emails to Conference Secretariate will be accepted. The accepted papers will be published in a conference proceeding. It is understood that one of the authors of the accepted paper will register and present their paper at the conference. Selected high-quality papers from the proceedings will be published in an international journal.
